- Uniformed Waiters.
- Additional 10% Service Charged if lower than 100 guest bookings.
- We require a reservation fee of P5,000 to block the date, non-refundable but deductible from the total cost.
- 80% Down payment upon signing of contract.(If Cheque Payment: We only accept not later than (7) seven days prior to the event).
- 20% Full payment on the day of the event.(Cash Only)
- 3% Additional Non-Vat if Official Receipt is requested.
- 25% of the contract price will be charged upon cancellation of the contract two(2) weeks before the event.
- 50% of the contract price will be forfeited for any cancellation one(1) week before the event.
- 100% of the contract price will be charged if cancellation made on the day of event.
- Service of waiter up to 4 hours only, in any excess there will be a charge of P100.00 per hour per waiter including the Driver.
- Charge of P100.00/floor per waiter if the event is held in a building without service elevator.
- Additional charge of P100/waiter if the loading area is 50mts. away from the venue.
- Additional transportation fee inside Metro Manila and out of town venue.
- Additional P100/waiter for out of town venue including the Driver.
- Any losses, breakages, gate entrance fee, toll fee and caterer’s bond are shouldered by the client.
- LEFTOVERS: In accordance with appropriate Health Codes, CATERER reserves the right to discard any leftover food items, after the agreed upon event timetable, where there is a reasonable risk for food borne illness to occur.
- Cancellation by Acts of God and/or Failure to Provide Service: Febondi Catering and Events shall have no responsibility or liability for failure to supply any services when prevented from doing so by strikes, accidents, power failure, Acts of God (ie flood, fire, etc.), or any other.
